Stage 4 cancer rinofaringe

i really need your help i am from Romania and my brother 39 years old has rinofaringe cancer with metastases to the bones and lymph nodes of the face neck and armpits . The doctors said they already did too much chemotherapy and they  cant do anything. The  nose cancer relapsed but the problem is the growing lymph nodes for the underarm is as a fist and the left side of the face is swollen and hard as rocke . he has 5 kids and i dont now how can i help him

I both artemisin with bioflavonoid .After he took a pill he also did a glucoze injection that evening his bones hurt a lot 

because he also has bone paines It tickles the soles of the feet and  can bendthe legs .He things it is from glucose or from artemisinin. he only took 3 pills.PLEASE  can you help me to tell me how can I get artemisininul or what we can do. last chemo was made on February 13 and the doctor said that he lives until end of February so we're hovering barely. H  cant  wack  anymore and he has 50 lbs and eat less because hecannot swallow
